Practice 01
Renovations.
Whole-home, kitchen, bathroom, basement, and heritage renovations across Toronto's premium neighbourhoods. Renovations are the practice Leman has done the most of since 2013, and the practice where the white-glove model shows up most clearly. Living through a renovation is hard. Leman protects you from the worst of it.

A word from a client
They build homes the way I wish everything were built.I have worked with Leman Construction for over five years across two major renovations, and I trust Leonid and his team implicitly. As someone with high personal standards for design, craft, and excellence in everything, and having worked with other contractors over the years, I can say with confidence that Leman operates on a different level. Our most recent renovation took nine months and transformed the home. The centerpiece is a floating staircase with custom steel supports, glass railings, underlighting, and flooring that flows seamlessly from the house into the steps. Each floor features preserved moss media walls with integrated LED lighting, creating a minimalist, museum-like feel warmed by wood and glass. Every washroom has its own distinct aesthetic, yet the home reads as completely cohesive. What truly sets Leman apart is how they work. Every budget variance was flagged in advance and left to my choice. They planned and coordinated meticulously, documented everything, never pressured a decision, and consistently passed along savings. When I traveled for a month during the renovation, they even sent weekly video updates so I never felt disconnected. Their trades share the same standard and never take shortcuts. Their electrician, for example, walked through the house with me to design every switch and outlet based on how we actually live in the space, something no contractor had ever done before.Renovation is inherently complex, and surprises always emerge. Leman anticipated and managed them proactively and reactively, every time. The journey was genuinely enjoyable. If you appreciate modern, minimalist European design sensibilities, you will love working with them. But more importantly, if you value integrity, communication, and craft, Leman is your team.
How we work
The same six stages on every project.
The Leman process applies the same way to a kitchen renovation as to a whole-home build. Predictable, named, scheduled.
