If you do not have an architect or a designer, we can bring one in. We work with reputable, highly experienced architects and designers we trust, and we have completed dozens of projects together.
Leonid started in construction in Toronto in 2001.
Leonid leads construction delivery at Leman. He oversees structural coordination, site inspections, and the trades responsible for bringing each project to completion. Clients meet Leonid early and see him throughout the build.
Every project runs through the same 6 stages, shared with you before work begins. On every project, an owner or partner is on site daily, and you receive weekly photo updates.

A site visit and a conversation about what you want and what it may cost.
02Design and pricing.
Drawings with your architect or designer, or one we bring in, then the scope and the price set out in writing before work begins.
03Permits and schedule.
Permits filed, tradespeople booked, the schedule shared with you.
04Construction.
The build, with Leonid overseeing structural coordination, site inspections and the trades.
05Quality walk-through.
We list every deficiency and resolve the list before handover.
06One-year follow-up.
Warranty work and a check-in 12 months after handover.
