• The Highway 27 Office was built to the design documents, and the architect's final review confirmed that the completed fit-out conforms to them.
• An acoustic consultant reviewed the sound separation there in August 2025.
• Structural work: shoring with soldier piles and lagging and underpinning to lower a basement at Hazelton Residence III, and a second floor addition inside each of the 2 Vaughan offices.
• Leonid leads construction delivery at Leman. He oversees structural coordination, site inspections, and the trades responsible for bringing each project to completion.

We install the finishes a room is drawn with, and we bring in a specialist where a detail needs one.

• At the Modern Luxury Residence, a stair specialist built the new floating stair, with 30 lit steps and 4 floating landings, and we fitted custom painted European doors with concealed hinges and magnetic latches.
• At the Davenport Road Residence we managed the installation of the new cabinetry and appliances, set large porcelain slabs on the counters, the island and the backsplash, and installed 72 low voltage pot lights and a magnetic track lighting system.
• At the Concord Office a partition specialist set the glass partitions, and at Hazelton Residence III an elevator specialist supplied and installed a home elevator in a tight hoistway.

A general contractor for the fit-outs in your buildings, from the empty unit to the inspections.

• At the Concord Office we were the general contractor and project manager for the tenant fit-out, from an empty concrete shell to a finished office ready to occupy.
• Fire rated assemblies and fire stopping, the electrical safety inspections, the municipal inspections and the deficiencies were part of that work.
• At Holy Perogy we built a fire separation wall and new concealed sprinklers on an engineered plumbing and sprinkler design.
• If a fit-out in your building has no architect or designer yet, we can bring one in.
• $10M general liability insurance and WSIB clearance. The scope and the price are set out in writing before work begins.
