Leman frequently works with independent architects and designers whose clients have selected them for design and need a builder who will protect the design vision through construction. The studio is set up to integrate cleanly with external design teams: shared file systems, scheduled site walks, transparent change-order tracking, and finish-grade execution.

Weekly site walks with the design team. Open access to sub-trade scheduling. Real-time coordination on finish samples and shop drawings.

We credit the design team on every project.
Leman lists the lead architect, the lead designer, the landscape architect, and the lighting designer on every public-facing case study. Designers are partners, not subcontractors. The credit is in the contract.
